Advanced Ethereum Gas Tracker – 4 Speed Levels

Our advanced Ethereum gas tracker displays current fees for four transaction confirmation speed levels. Data is fetched directly from the blockchain via a public RPC node — no registration, API keys, or limitations.

How are gas levels calculated?

We use the eth_feeHistory method, which analyzes recent blocks and calculates priority fees for specified percentiles:

• Slow (10th percentile) – minimum priority fee, suitable for non-urgent transfers (up to 5 minutes).
• Standard (50th percentile) – average fee, recommended for most operations (~1 minute).
• Fast (90th percentile) – higher fee for priority processing (30–60 seconds).
• Rapid (95th percentile) – maximum fee for instant block inclusion (<15 seconds).

Base Fee

We also display the base fee of the latest block. Combined with the priority fee (tip), it forms the total gas price you’ll see in your wallet.

Transaction cost in USD

For each level, we show an estimated ETH transfer cost in US dollars, based on the standard gas limit of 21,000 units and the current Ethereum price (CoinGecko data).
